Pay a visit to the  Albright Restaurant and Absinthe House in Jim Thorpe and choose from a selection of local and imported absinthe. You're treated to the whole ritual as ice water trickles through the absinthe fountain into your glass. A variety of starters and entrées using local ingredients where possible are also served.
