Tomato Cucumber Salad

Ingredients: 


8 tomatoes, chopped
6 small cucumbers
1 bunch of spinach
1 bunch parsley
1/8 cup mint
1/2 head of fresh garlic, crushed
4 green scallions
1/4 cup virgin olive oil
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
pinch of salt/pepper
pinch of cumin


Recipe Instructions: 

Chop it all up, mix in a bowl and serve right away. Yum! Serves 6 to 8
