Chicken Cacciatore

serves 4

1 lb ofspaghetti
3 cloves fresh garlic
1 onion
1 green pepper
1/4 cup of mushrooms
1 can of whole tomatoes
1 cup of chicken stock
1 green pepper
1 lb fresh chicken breast
sprinkle of basil
sprinkle of oregano
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
2 tomatoes
crisp lettuce leaves
1/4 cup of lemon juice

Saute the chicken breast. Cut into pieces and add garlic, mushrooms, onions, green pepper, and whole tomatoes. Cook for five minutes. Add chicken stock, salt, and pepper and simmer for fifteen minutes. Serve over pasta cooked al dente.
