Chicken and Shrimp Stirfry

Ingredients:
serves 4

2 Chicken Breasts
6 Jumbo Shrimp
1 tblsp vegetable oil
1 bunch broccoli
4 carrots
1 cup snowpeas
1 onion
6 asparagus stalks
1 bunch bean sprouts
4 cloves fresh garlic
3/4 cup Thai Soy Sauce
1 tsp Lemon Juice


Stir Fry all ingredients together with seasoning.
Serve over Jasmine rice.
