Star Bar is a little bar in the industrial SE with a full jukebox, black velvet paintings, red leather couches, and a killer happy hour.  The strong drinks and no-fuss food keep this spot unpretentious and cool.  You are dumb if you don't try the chocolate-banana-bacon sliders.  All musical tastes are worthy of the jukebox, but you are most likely to hear a mix of PDX punk, soul, indie, and glam rock.
