The Pied Cow is an ethereal haven for sweet treats, tasty drinks, hookah, and Mediterranean-fusion small plates. The inside seating and kitchen is inside the revamped Victorian house, which is wallpapered with paisley purples and borwns, but the real treasure is the outdoor patio with a canopy of trees overhead. The patio is friendly to dog owners and smokers, especially those who order a hookah ($16). Their dessert menu includes a peanut butter truffle in a teacup, chocolate fondue, and an enormous Fifty Dollar Sundae for the brave of heart.
